I attended my sister-in-law's funeral in Cheyenne yesterday. One of the speakers (her brother) commented about how "people our age" are attedning more and more funerals. It's become on way to see people you haven't seen for years. It was that way for me. Looking over the males in attendance I guess I could have worn my "Bald is Beautiful" T-shirt and offended very few people. Think about who can attend a funeral on a week-day morning.
SOME THINGS CAN'T BE TOPPED:
While all the relatives were visiting Wednesday, the topic of horrible Nebraska drivers, nobody drives the speeed limit in Colorado, and watch out for black pick-ups in New Mexico, my step-nephew from Phoenix silenced us when he said the people in Arizona drive the temperature. Does it get any faster than that and the conversation on that topic ended.
