We lost our internet server last night so a computer talked me through reinstalling it.
Went to the health club this morning. It's the first time I had been there since Dec. 24th. I had trouble stretching, legs ached, but I knew I had to gut (no pun intended) it out. I'm still a couple pounds over from Christmas but I resolve to work at it.
