The Borders book store where I often shop is one that is being closed. They sent an e-mail informing us of that fact this morning. I decided to stop by and check it out as I had some other shopping in the area. I went in, picked out a couple of books, and looked at the check-out line which was so long I probably would have taken somewhere between half and hour to an hour just to pay. Since I get an AARP 10% discount already and they were only discounting the books I wanted 20% and they only cost around $10, I put the books back. My time is worth more than a $1.80 even if I'm retired.
