Watched the DVD of the movie Frost/Nixon . It was these interviews that did more to define the persona of President Nixon than any other medium. These were the days of David Susskind, Dick Cabot, William F. Buckley, Phil Donahue and of course, David Frost. This was before Oprah, Jerry Springer and other wannabe quality talk show hosts. Meet the Press and Face the Nation were strong network programs but the independents such as the five mentioned above were the epitome of quality talk shows.

I thought it was an interesting movie to watch, considering every Amer Hist class I've taken stopped with WWII.
