Where are the caregivers?

I have a question for our leaders (?) in Washington, D.C., the land of the assbackward. If we put 30-40 million more on health insurance, who will be the care providers for them? It would appear that the med schools, dental schools, nursing schools, etc., need to be annually putting an additional 500-1,000 MD's, dentists, nurses, physician's assistants, and nurse practitioners into the health fields. Since most of those colleges and universities that supply heath care providers are crammed right now, where will the additions spaces and monies come from. Most the the health care proposals I am following fail to address this issue. It's the "cart before the horse" or "assbackwards" way of doing things. We need to expand med schools, etc., before we drop more clients on the health community.
